Baba Ghanouj

A Lebanese meze dish made by mixing grilled eggplant with tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt. The Arabic name translates to "spoiled father", a unique name even though the dish is considered to be underrated due to the popularity of hummus.

Baba Ghanouj is also called "Mutabbal" in certain Lebanese districts.

It has become the catchphrase of the show, and has many variances such as "Tatatoothy" in reference to his abnormally large teeth, "Flaflafloley", and "Mamamonkey" due to his vague resemblance to a primate.
Although often maligned, Dell’ Abate has distinguished himself as a talented and gifted producer and an integral part of the iconic show.
