An chat emote used to express a variety of intense emotions, but most often frustration or anger. It can be used seriously, but often with a somewhat playful tone. It most likely originated as one of a few "flipping tables (out of rage)" emotes, and is still often used that way today, sometimes with the corresponding table: )O) ︵ ┻━┻
