We gave all those humans with low intelligence some alien-grade technology,
to enhance their brains and their intelligence.
What did they do with it?

They started brain control programs against their citizens.
What happened when you gave regular people advanced, alien-grade technology?
All hell broke loose when we gave those Monkies space-age technology.
