Shadow Nerf

When game developers nerf a game aspect/character and don't announce it or include the change in any patch notes.

Did the new character get a shadow nerf? His fire rate feels much slower than it did before the new update, but I don't see any changes to him in the patch notes.

Okay like if you didn't like hawkmoth from miraculous ladybug than you will love shadow noir tho.

Okay like hawkmoth gets the cat miraculous and fuses all three together ( the butterfly, peacock and cat) AND OMG HE IS SO FUCKING GOOD LOOKING like I swear you MUST love him after that.

Shadowing

Manipulation of the algorithm of Tiktok by a group, to catch the attention of a popular content creator and forcing other comments to the bottom (into the shadows). This is accomplished by having all group members use the same emblem or avatar and liking each other comments to trick the algorithm into placing these "popular" comments ahead of others. Specific emoticons are also used in the same formation in the comments to increase visibility. The contents of the comments are usually irrelevant, but the number of comments will push out all non-group members and create the illusion that all the fans of that content creator are from that group.

We are going to be shadowing all his Tiktoks and his lives from now on.

well, in 2008 it was a nice little band between miles kane and alex turner. in 2016, it was an excuse for two men to cheat on their girlfriends in front of thousands of people (they make really good music too though).

2008 (yes, the year itself is speaking): The last shadow puppets is a great band between two best friends, I dont know what you are talking about!
2016: They did some drunken kareoke and then commited various homoerotic acts. Alex turner even got a boner after shoving Miles' leg between his thighs!

Shadow Argument

Making up a scenario in your head that makes you mad then complaining about it to others like it actually happened almost like shadow boxing but for neckbeards

"Yeah I understand the appeal of shows like Naruto and one piece, but the fanbases compare their show to shows like berserk as if they're close." (has never seen anyone do that therefore, shadow argument)
