A high-speed chase, also known as a police chase, occurs when the driver of a vehicle refuses to stop for police and tries to flee the police vehicle It involves the police driving very fast to catch the suspect Such chases are justified only when the suspect presents a clear and immediate threat to safety or has committed a serious felony.

A totalitarian state where people have to ask permission to do anything.
People end up with a police state if they don't wake up and fight to keep their government in check. Sometimes it just keeps getting darker, there's no guarantee the light at the end of any tinnel is going to be daylight.
