when a person (or persons) enters a state of anti-sobriety in which they confuse an unacceptable pissing location (i.e. a closet or suitcase) for an acceptable pissing location (i.e. a toilet). Piss confusion often occurs in a sleep-walking state, following an evening of excessive consumption of wine, beer or spirits.

Piss Panic 

The panic one experiences when having to urinate in an urgent manner. The panic reaches its apex when the sufferer is physically getting closer to the bathroom, but has not yet emptied their bladder. This panic is generally accompanied by the inability to properly remove clothing in a timely fashion in order to urinate. This panic sometimes causes the sufferer to leak urine on their undergarments and beyond and can be visible to others.

"I'm so glad we pulled over so I could take a piss in the Taco Bell. I was in full 'Piss Panic' and couldn't get my zipper down fast enough. I actually pissed a little in my boxers because of my panic."

Piss Latency 

The time taken to begin urinating after one approaches the urinal. The time between your urine leaving your body and when you take stance with your penis exposed in known as your "Pee-Ping(ms)" (Less is better). Piss latency is typically higher when others are around (like in public restrooms) and especially after fornication.

My piss latency was higher than normal today, probably because I get nervous in public restrooms.

Surprise moment when a guy is pissing ( after having to hold it for an extremely long time ) and at the height of the stream he has an urge to shit. The brown turtle head wants out. Now begins the coordinated effort in continuing to piss while keeping from shitting yourself.

Dude I was at a wedding and after about the fifth toast I was about to piss myself. I got to the bathroom and out of now where I had a piss turtle situation on my hands.
