Clinically Unconcious

Urban medical term more commonly known as blackout drunk. This is when some is in a state of being awake but not realizing or remembering what he/she did or was doing. This can be mistaken as someone being an asshole as in most cases that is the only symptom.

Be Unconditionally Nice to Each Other Day

On December third, everyone is legally required to be unconditionally nice to each other. Anyone who fails to comply will be sentenced to three months of obsessive hugging.
