To break something down into its component parts, esp a puzzle or riddle or some kind.

To study something in detail to see how it works, eg solving a crime.

"I never thought I'd solve this whodunit mistery, but once you diconnect the dots it's actually quite simple."

similar to the five finger discount in that it involves stealing/illegally obtaining items. however the index finger discount applies only to the index finger on the hand which you use your mouse for clicking and downloading illegal music, movies, etc.

i.e. pirating

Discobang is a word created to distract a person or persons from saying something you would rather not hear them say.

Also useful for general annoyance purposes.

For desired effect say "discobang" quite fast and shout BANG.

Alternatively: justgobang

Tegan: "hey I bought these great pink boots with..."
Dean: "discoBANG!"
Tegan: "errm... ok... WTF!"

When a group of girls go out all dressed up to a club in order to get free drinks, give fake numbers, and leave. Basically chopping and screwing with class.
