The idiots way of saying "pecker slap" because he/she/it did not hear correctly and only repeats what he/she/it hears in an attempt to sound cool, often used incorrectly.

My buddy was like, racing this car, and he totally pepper slapped the throttle and like, won going 460 miles an hour.

The rules suck, half the channels are locked, you cant post other people’s videos, I could go on forever.
