When a snitch (A person who has ""tattled" on another person) rats out someone in return that someone rats out them for something else resulting in a repeatment of person 1 to 2 rating each other out until someone runs out of things to tattle about.
Usually happens among kids in presents of an adult; specifically between siblings.

usually lasts a hour

ann: If you dont give me the keys ill start Rat hour!
jim: fine i'll tell mom you went to the store when she did not allow you!
ann: and then i'll tell mom you did not clean your room
jim:then ill tell.......
eventually adult gets involved

this is called "rat hour"

Rat kid

(In South America)
A rat kid is a child between 8 and 14 years of age who play online games with an annoying attitude. Usually they scream in the mic with their high-pitched voices and are very obnoxious in general. They play games like League of Legends, Minecraft and watch all the trendy and hip Youtubers.

rat nap

When your completely wasted the night before and the next day you wake up feeling like a total trash bag. You are in rat mode. You snack a little like a rat then you take a rat nap. It’s a vicious cycle that happens over and over until you finally feel de-ratted and are ready to go back out to the bar or club only to find yourself ratted again needing a rat nap.

Meatball went out to club 110 with BEAVIS last night. Man they totally drank themselves nearly to death. Good thing they stayed in today and took a few rat naps. They’ll be back tomorrow ready to grow their rat tails back.
