Workouflage

Using products of your work environment to make it appear that you are in fact engaged in the act of "working" however defined by your employer.

Construction worker 1: Shit! here comes the boss!

Construction worker 2: don't worry about it man, I keep some workouflage around in case of emergencies like this. Just sprinkle some of this sawdust in your hair and put some chalk on your hands.

Boss: Looks like you boys are hard at work!

Workout Comedian

The Workout Comedian is the kind of guy that makes jokes while your bench pressing to try and make you lose your grip on the weight. He's all too funny, but he purposefully tries to make you laugh so that you might fail your lift.

Guy 1: Dude, Tony is such a Workout Comedian.
Guy 2: I know right? He almost made me drop the bar when I was bench pressing.

Urban Workout

Imma hit up the local playground for an urban workout. Gonna take two laps around the path then do some pull ups on the monkey bars and on my way home i'll hop on and off the curb for that extra kick to finish my workout off.

Social Workout

Social workout is the bomb. Beer in one, barbell in the other. Any evolutionary biologist would tell you there's a reason primates are the only animals that can do this. It's natural. And humans can run and drink at the same time.. studies show that the social workout is more effective than regular exercise for burning fat. The social workout requires that you stay in the "fat burning" zone because you have to hold a conversation during the whole workout. This is easier than it sounds. After a few beers, I hardly notice that I'm talking...it is simply 'drinking alcoholic beverages while exercising in a social environment.'

I saw marathoners do this with water, and EUREKA!, I thought, what if we make that a fruity cocktail and add in some conversation and sexier outfits creating the ultimate "social workout."
