fakerplace

Contraction of fake and fireplace, so it looks like a fireplace but does not have the chimney, ability to burn logs, etc. They can be anything from extremely tacky and fake-looking (that fool nobody), all the way to ones that have gas logs and are vented and look pretty. They may or may not give off heat, but pretty much all of them are intended to give the illusion of burning logs and the reality is that they do not and cannot. This is different from a real fireplace with gas logs or other means because someone doesn't want the problems associated with starting wood fires, etc. A fakerplace is one that cannot burn wood.

I put a fakerplace in my new house, it needed something to brighten up the family room.

Rather than fix my chimney, I decided to make my fireplace a fakerplace instead.

If you see a fireplace in Florida you can pretty much count on it being a fakerplace.

Flamer

Someone who thinks they are cool, but they really are not. A flamer is someone who tries to show off for everything and tries to befriend all the black people because they're all his "homies". Someone who things that they live in the hood, when it's actually a rich white neighborhood. A flamer usually tries to get fake things. For example, walmart clothing or shoes, fake brand names. A flamer is usually a homosexual male. Flamers are usually very arrogant and think that they are good at everything. Sometimes they can simply be called "flames". Flamers usually like to use ghetto language like "dawg". They have little self respect.

That flamer tried to hit on my girlfriend!

Man, I wish that flamer would just go die.

flakeseed

A post put up on social media by a flake made to suggest that they aren't feeling well, made in advance of an event, so that they have a history of not feeling well as an excuse not to show up to the planned event.

I suspect John is planning to flake out on your birthday party tomorrow, he just posted a flakeseed on his wall so we can all know that he's "sick".
