While a male is taking a piss, the penis is clamped down upon preventing further discharge resulting in an internal backup of fluids (aka a water hammer) that causes extreme pain.

When your so drunk you forget how stoned you are. So you decide to smoke more. This in turn shifts the ratio of hammered to stoned causing you to now forget how hammered you are and to continue drinking.
