Someone who carries the parenting load as an equal partner in a marriage through fulfilling kids’ soccer/sports chauffeuring duties that are typically/traditionally thought of as a maternal responsibility. He has no shame in doing what it takes to support his bad ass wife and cherishes the extra time he gets with his kid(s) as a result of his parenting responsibilities. Timmy Turner's dad on the popular nickelodeon cartoon "The Fairly Odd Parents".

He has now become a popular meme (on websites like memestache), and he is the icon that provides the answer to questions like "Who's fault is this??"

His answering is commonly "Dinkleberg...", but is sometimes adjusted to him saying something that rhymes/ends with "-berg." to match the original question.
