Sacrifice Rook Face or Sac Rook Face is the name of the face made by player 456 in Squid Game season 2. It's used to compare to the happy face from season 1. It defines that sacrificing a rook changed someone from happy to sad, from casual to serious.

His face turns into the sacrifice rook face after knowing what has happened.
