No Balls

This is generally sued as a taunt, for example, if an individual doesn't want to do a dare, his companions might say "No Balls", to imply that if the individual didn't do the dare, he would have no balls; or he would have no bravery. It's essentially calling someone a pussy conditionally

Person 1: Nah dude I don't wanna do another blunt
Person 2: No balls, pussy.

Baccy ball

A small bit of tobacco that you put in a joint towards the filter tip which you can specifically finishing your joint. This is to either a) not waste any weed due to throwing the joint away before it's completely finished, or b) to avoid burning your lips and/or fingers from trying to smoke the joint til the very end, because you know there's no weed left in the joint.
