An adjective used by young women to describe a man who they find actively unattractive.And/or an man who pays unwanted sexual attention to women and is clueless/oblivious to their lack of interest in him.

creepy shoveler

One who steps into a room and immediately gives off a "pervert" or "weirdo" vibe.

Often a creepy shoveler will make an audible wheezing sound when they breathe. Dirt under the finger nails is also common.

A creepy shoveler is usually a loner, has bad hygene, makes inapropriate remarks regularly. Almost always male.

France has an unusually high ratio of creepy shovelers to the general population.

That freak groped me on the way to the bathroom...what a creepy shoveler.

Creeper Skype

Any video chat using skype where only one person's camera works. It's hard not to feel uncomfortable when someone is watching you through a one way camera.

"Heyy boyyy you wanna skype tonight?!?"

"sure let's video chat!"

*skyping ensues*

"hey I can't see you, are you still there?"

"yep, I'm just watching you."

"I said I'd Skype you, not Creeper Skype you. Get your webcam fixed."
