A Cocker is someone who is being an asshole, a jerk, a douchebag, or basically a d**k. This can be used an insult towards someone, or you can use it to confuse someone who is insulting you. You can also use this to insult someone, but if they don't know the insult you can do it possibly in front of them, and they may have no idea what a cocker is.

"God, you're such a douchebag, man."
"Actually, I'm a Cocker."
"What? What's a Cocker?"
"Me. And you're the imbecile."
