A Druggie SlangTerm for the consumption ritual of the drug commonly known as “Meth/Ice” used by smoke/ inhalation etc. Specifically, “To Blow or Blowing Cabbage”, must be are the highly intense feelings & effects when and are under the influence of substance use known as Methamphetamine. The “Blow/Blowing” is the the powerful & massive cloudy form of smoke exhaled out of both the nose and mouth in a tremendous & euphorically manner resembling that of a fictitious ability of a Fire-Breathing Dragon from folklore etc. The part “Cabbage” is described coming from a typical user is that “perfect” meth trip type of high that’s a lot similar to one’s first time use of the drug. These serious & potential side-effects come almost if not immediately right after their first beginning toke, puff, drag, hit or rip.
Thus hence’s another term, “Cabbage, Brain Damage.”
