Spending time doing pointless bullshit or being otherwise unproductive. Wastelanding is usually an enjoyable activity (such as watching TV or playing video games) but ultimately a complete waste of time and of existence. Also known as "wasting away".

Person 1: Hey Spencer, what have you been up to?
Person 2: d00d I got Madden '08 and I've just been at home wastelanding

To be high from ingesting a lot of cocaine. White girl = cocaine. Wasted = fucked up. Many people incorrectly use the term "white girl wasted" to refer to partying heavily with marijuana and/or alcohol, thinking that their inebriated state is comparable to the inebriated state of a high school white girl discovering Parrot Bay for the first time. The use of "white boy wasted" is the correct slang for this meaning, as the term "white boy" holds with it no connotations of cocaine.

Someone with a piss-fart 4 cylinder turbo charged car that drives around the roads at night time revving the tits off them, hoping somebody will notice them. Often involves driving 'round and 'round the same block or circuit numerous times hoping for someone to think they are cool.

This is usually due to lack of penis size and engine cubic inches.
