When one use's their ball sack to degrade somethings reputation or value such as food or a bad test. Includes a two motion slap, down then up. Single slap is formally know as the sackity wackity.

Student A: How'd you do on that test nigga?
Student B: Fuckin horrible, Bitchgivenz gave me the ole Ball Sack Patty Wack!!("F")
Student A: Damn son!
