Heartbreak

A sensation so empty and barren that referring to it as a 'feeling' is almost an oxymoron. When someone does something towards you that you just cant handle. Everything that held even slight significance in the past means less than nothing when your heart is broken. Death seems like the only escape from this wretched illness. But, overtime, the sun rises and life slowly, but surely, regains meaning.

It is pratically impossible to describe the sensation of heartbreak. When you experience it, you'll know.

The thing you give a girl and you hope that you're worthy of her love, because the amount of shit she gets from other guys, it's amazing that she'll even accept anyone's heart in the first place. So if she does, fuck dude, you are lucky, and you need to realize how much it truely means to her, and treat it as such. Because, really, they're stronger than you. Or me. Get over it.

Heartbroken

The worst feeling possible. When someone you love to be with, kiss, cuddle, etc. breaks up with you, and you can't take the sadness. It is the worst feeling in the world, and even though I know they will, I hope nobody else has to experience it again.

My girlfriend who I loved more than anything else, called me yesterday. She said "Hey, guess what? I've been cheating on you!"
She then laughed, and hung up.
I was heartbroken.

Green heart emoji

heart check

When you're fresh in the system and other inmates or convicts want to see if you have heart/will stick up for yourself. Usually involves getting jumped by all of the torpedoes in your car when you least expect it (ie. shower or yard/exercise).

If you fail the heart check, you can pretty much kiss your commissary and welfare packets/extras away.
