Get the One time mug.When you're fresh in the system and other inmates or convicts want to see if you have heart/will stick up for yourself. Usually involves getting jumped by all of the torpedoes in your car when you least expect it (ie. shower or yard/exercise).
If you fail the heart check, you can pretty much kiss your commissary and welfare packets/extras away.
