Flaking is another word for lieing or waffling
usually used for younger people from 10-25.

Flacket

A flacket is a combination of a fleece and a jacket. They are often found whilst dredging the bottom of Scottish lochs.

Flaked

All bark and no bite. Acts tough but is a wuss. Posing in agreement while trying to please one audience, but with a nod and a wink to those with whom s/he is beholden.

We had a meeting with our boss and shared our concerns. He publically nodded, smiled, and agreed with us. Then he walked out the door and Flaked us. Did nothing about it. Did just the opposite.
