A combination of the English word "Truth" and the Te Reo or Maori word: "Tumeke" which is translated to "too much" and is usually said in a way of gratitude. Used in Argentina: A slang word; when something or someone is TRUCHO, it means that is fake, not original, an imitation or a scammer. Also is used to refer to counterfeit currency.

1. Esas remeras no son originales, son truchas!!. / (Those t-shirts aren't original, are fake!!)
