Noun

1. A permiscuous female that will let you tap it anytime you want for only ten cents. She doesn't need the money and is not a professional hooker. Deep down, she's just a ho. The dime is a trivial denomination that for some reason, she insists on receiving for services rendered.

It is to be uncertain about what to do when you have to face some unexpected situation.

- I get nickeled and dimed when people send me a text message and I can't figure out whether it was sent to me specifically or a whole list of people. So, I don't know whether I answer it or not, since if it was sent to a whole list of people, the sender will think I'm a complete idiot.
