Card Licker

A colloquial term referring to an individual who displays an excessively frugal and penny-pinching behavior. A card licker will go to great lengths and employ unconventional methods to save even the smallest amounts of money or resources, often at the expense of practicality or social norms.

"I can't believe Tim spent an hour meticulously scraping off the expiration date on expired coupons just to use them. He's such a card licker."

"Sarah's reputation as a card licker spread quickly when her friends discovered she would collect discarded gift cards and painstakingly erase the remaining balances to reuse them."

a form of payment provided by local municipalities intended to be used for the purchase of goods in low-income households that are inhabited by at least one female who partakes in the act of twerking or other scandalous activities. More commonly referred to as: EBT cards, SNAP Benefits card, Foodstamp card or the Hood Credit card.

Girl - "Yo, do y'all take thot cards here?"
Cashier - "Um, what's a thot card?"
Girl - "You know, this. *Pulls out benefit card* My thot card"
Cashier - "Oh, yeah! We take those here."
