Visa Smile

The art of placing a credit card between someone's lips and creases of the mouth followed by throwing a right or left hook placing it firmly against the person's lower cheek. Doing so forces the card to cut through the fold of the mouth and once healed creates a scar similar to the joker in the dark knight.
