Person 1: I love that because it's so cute, yet it annoys me how cute it is!

projectile therapy

To relieve stress, assuage grief, blow off steam, etc. by means of archery or gunfire, usually at a target, but sometimes in the form of hunting.

I was so pissed at my boss I had to go to the range for some full-auto, brass rainbow projectile therapy.

cringe therapy

A self-help tactic used to remind an individual of how bad the individual's ex-partners were. Cringe therapy involves an individual staring at distasteful pictures of a particular ex-partner until the individual cringes (or expresses other negative reactions) and returns to more productive activity.

1: Dude, how'd you get over your breakup with Jeff so quickly?
2: He was a dick, bro. I forgot all the things I hated about him until I started cringe therapy.

Ballistic Therapy

Shooting at things to relieve stress. This mostly includes handguns, shotguns (scatter guns), and rifles. The bigger the bang or the boom the more the stress will be relieved. Targets may include clay pigeons, steel plates, propane tanks, glass bottles, beer cans, real pigeons, television sets, computers, zombies, day walkers, night walkers, old cars sitting out in the middle of no where that still have the glass windows intact, any household items or anything that has ceased to work and is pissing you off.
