This person was lean and brown, his eyes were extremely clear; he held himself very straight and looked fit to be over the moon. (J. Galsworthy, ‘The Little Man and Other Stories’, ‘The Perfect One’
‘It's only a few weeks since you were over the moon about Davina.’ ‘Well, now I'm not.’ (P. H. Johnson, ‘The Survival of the Fittest’, part VI, ch. V)

A sequence of words said, or screamed after someone asks for the quantity of an item. This is a reference to the show Dragonball Z
"Vegeta, what's his power level??"
"It's over 9000!!!"
"What?!? That can't be right!"
"What was your score on that song on Guitar Hero 3??"
"It's over 9000!!!"
"how much does that smart phone cost?"

Originating in the Midwest, this term means being pinched by the cops after rear-ending a vehicle they have already "hulked over," nearly clipping a patrol car in the process. In a general sense, it means the joyride is over. This part comes right before your drunkass gets hauled off to county.

to casually turn your head towards a person of interest, then - with eyebrows raised - quickly and surreptiously (or blatantly, if you want to obvious about it) flick your eyes from their head down to their feet.
basically, checking someone out whether you find them attractive or not.

Basically anything engineered and made by the "Stuff Made Here" YouTube channel owner Shane Wighton. Takes a week to plan, longer than a month to create and even months to finalize.

When you’ve had enough of this bullshit and you flip out and destroy your brother’s soul by walking out of the establishment.
