wow, thats really heavy. I suggest you confess to yourself that you cannot and will not save him nor is it your job or some work of love to do so.
Go, tell him if you can but be prepared to receive nothing in return. This is how drugs work, little Löttchen, they numb your phantom pain, distract from real issues or simply provide a good time. If it is your crush's choice to lead this life, theres almost zero you can do.
