It iz a word from spanglish decent, i.e Little Bitch. It iz most commonly used to describe people dat act in a bitchy way, or juz plan are a bitch.

The disease women often get, especially after marriage and/or having your children, that causes their sex drive to drop to just about zero, constantly nag about every little thing, bring up stuff from when you were dating her for the purpose of making you feel guilty, and keep you from seeing your male friends while she sees her female friends. In the terminal stage, the afflicted woman will threaten to take you for everything you have in divorce.
