The word androidist is a suffix of the Android Operating System, that denote a person who has an obsession with devices that are powered by Android.

An androidist is a word that combined Andrpid and Enthusiast.

1. Mom! My phone's software is broken, can I get it to an androidist so that my phone will be fixed immediately?

2. An androidist tried to mod his Android device, look at him now, he's now a recognized developer in the XDA community. I wish I could be like him.

3. Smartphone enthusiasts like androidists are not a group of technicians, they are developers, how could you blame them for not fixing the hardware of your device?
