To be freaking out in a big way, weather high on psychedelics, or not.

George was definately "Phatty Trippin", after eating that second handful of "boomers". Or, my girlfriend started "Phatty Trippin" after she saw me speaking with that other woman. Also, the show was "Phatty Trippin", last night.

A certain 'hood, or block may be refered to as a "Set".
"What set you from, Nigga?"
Any gang violence or rivalry between "Sets" can be labeled as "Set Trippin".

"Homeboy from projects got killed by some set trippin ass niggas from the northside."

A phrase or exclamation used to describe something particularly gnarly, incredible or unbelievable. The term is derived from the extreme sports prowess of Derrick Whipple, from The Jim and Derrick Show.

Tampon tramping

When a female is away from home and unexpectedly starts her period and thus doesn’t have a tampon on her person - Tampon tramping will involve the aforementioned female searching through the used tampon bin in a public toilet to find a lightly soiled one to use until she gets home or buys a fresh one.

Girl 1 -‘Are you ok Jade?’
Girl 2 -‘Yeah sure, I’ve just come on the on blob and had no tampons, so I’ve been tampon tramping in the pub toilet
