An unnecessary tantrum of epic proportions over something that is insignificant, such as somebody fingering your taco; although the person cannot understand why other don’t share their rage. Also known as "Taco Meltdown."
Amber: Michael flipped the fuck out when the puta at Toca Bell touched his taco with that hand she was just handling cash.

A temper tantrum/meltdown of epic proportions. Usually caused by one not getting his or her way. This comes from the children's television show Caillou.
My grandmother threw a "Not Going to the Circus" tantrum because she was worried there was not enough money to gifts for everyone for Christmas. Also, my five year old great cousin had one because she couldn't buy the latest Barbie doll at Walmart.

The girl thought the world should be one giant intervention stage for temper tantrum policing, just like at home when she was a kid, even if it meant the police shooting some mentally ill guy, as long as she felt safe, nobody else mattered but her, just like her mother taught her.
