This is a term frequently used by people in Houston,Texas. It means to talk about one in a negative way in order to promote good humor, laughter, and/or strong feelings of dislike towards a person.

Bitch Session

A time dedicated to complaining, griping, bitching, moaning, and gnashing teeth. Generally a group activity, in which the participants complain about one evil or annoying person, or about their respective S.O.s, ex-S.O.s, families, professors, bosses, etc. The name derives from the verb "to bitch" as in "to complain loudly and profanely", not from the noun "a bitch", thus the participants may be male as well as female.

"Looks like Jim and Bob are over by the water cooler having a bitch session about the price of Gasoline."

A term originating in military recruit training, which refers to an intense physical training session, usually initiated as a form of punishment for minor infractions, where one or more individuals typically do rigorous physical activity until exhaustion and/or muscle failure.

3. unwanted advice usually given to a person when they least want to hear it.
