Pedicured Foot

Used to describe an individual who under normal circumstances would not be considered attractive, but has done their best to acheive a level of presentability, through the means of personal hygeine, make up, flattering light and forgiving photo angles. This phrase must be used with caution, since the supposed 'foot' will perhaps take offence to the use of the term, due to the unsightly nature of feet.

Girl 1: Do you think ..... is good-looking?

Girl 2: She's obviously made the best of herself, like a pedicured foot.
