From the movie "Office Space", the acronym is short-hand for so many possible word combinations, however the beauty of the T.P.S. Report is that no one truly knows what it is or what "T.P.S" stands for. Used to express that something is useless busy-work.

S.P.A.S.

S.P.A.S.

Acronym for Small Penis Aggression Syndrome. A condition common in Central Europe and in the United States of America.

SYMPTOMS: The condition manifests in human males as aggressive positioning, displays of attempted superiority, and physical aggressiveness.
CAUSE: The condition is caused by males being born with undersized genetalia. This leads to social imbalance and a above normal drive for over compensation.
WARNING SIGNS: Small dick usaully accompanied my obsessive behaviours usually involving sports, firearms, or automobiles.
