Noob

A term derived from the video game world meaning someone who who is new at a game or activity and is horrible at it but is not willing to learn and does not acknowledge the fact of such. Noobs often boast over skills they do not have and accuse the honorable player of "cheating" or "haxing" when killed or defeated. Noobs are also known for their unique form of broken English. I will elaborate below.

*Noob gets owned by sniper while running out into the open*

Noob: WTF NOOB!!! YPU HAXING NOB OMFG WTF I PWN YEU ALL!!

Experienced player: its cool dude just come back to base and switch your weapon.

Noob: STFU NOOB! IL FUKIN OWN YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1v1 ME FAG!

Experienced player: *sigh* as you wish...

*noob gets horribly owned to oblivion*

Riot Shield Noob

The Riot Shield Noob. A player in Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 2 that uses the Riot Shield to get a quick laugh in multiplayer. Usually equipped with the Tactical Insertion and Commando Perk to get quick kills. Most likely camps in small areas where snipers like to hide. Luckily, easily killed by your daily Noob Tube or someone smart enough to go behind them.

UMP45 Noob: OMFG RIOT SHIELD NOOB!

"Riot Shield Noob": ROFL -kills UMP45 Noob by bashing them with the shield-

Noob Tube: LMAO SAD -grenades the shit out of "Riot Shield Noob" then gets sniped by the local wannabe sniper-

Camping Noob

A camping noob otherwise known as a camper is usually either new at the game or lacking greatly in skill. The Call of Duty franchise has many camping noobs that play the game. The camping noob will refer to the camping as strategy or tactical. Most often the camper will chose a weapon that takes no skill whatsoever such as an AA12 (Auto shotty) or an M16 with a noob tube. Camping noobs are at the bottom of the gaming ladder, clutch players at the top and everything else in the middle. Most camping noobs think they are good for god knows what reason.

Camping Noob-"You guys are horrible, running around like a chicken with your head cut off."

Clutch Player-"I guess thats why I went 64-12 and you went 5-0, get good scrub."

Noob seizure

When one is attempting to kills a noob in a game such as Call of Duty, and the noob freaks out and randomly knifes/shoots in the air, in most cases ultimately achieving nothing and dying. However, in some bullshit cases, the noob somehow kills you by some incredibly feat of God.

"Haha, what an idiot. I got a free kill cause the stupid had a noob seizure."

"That guy just had a freakin noob seizure and killed me!"

Somebody who is both a noob (new at something, incompetent at a particuar job etc noob/newbie) and somebody you don't like.

It can also be used to describe someone that is partial to sammarksing.

Hey noobass, out of the way!

OR

Did you see that guy? He was such a noobass!

Jingle Noob

Very unskilled gamers, usually found playing the newest Call of Duty around Christmas time. This can also be applied to Halo or any other game. They usually get dominated by more skilled players who have had the game for months.

Term originated from the G187 Clan on Call of Duty 4.

Guys, it's Christmas Eve... I can't wait to play the Jingle Noobs tomorrow morning.
