Also known as little man syndrome or lms. When a small guy tries to be tough because he's shorter than average or small of stature. (Taken from the name Napoleon, who was just a few inches over 5 feet tall and tended to blow people up and start wars.) See Napoleonic War.

Rick had a case of napoleonism beacuse he was only 5'5". He didn't need to be so tough, 'cause he was a great and kind friend who would do anything for you. Unfortunately, people still look down upon short people, and he took this personally.

Napoleon Incentive

When one's own self inadequacies lead one to be more ambitious and successful. Similar to the Napoleon Complex, which states that one of short stature may be more aggressive and domineering. It is named after Napoleon because he was of short stature, but was massively ambitious and successful, which many shorter men have to do in order to make up for their short stature.

Brett suffered from the Napoleon Complex and was bitter. His friend, Dave, had a Napoleon Incentive and decided to become more confident and funny to compensate for his height.

brunch-napp

An involuntary post brunch activity usually caused by carpooling combined with poor driver choice. Specifically, after brunch, the driver refuses to return the other riders to their respective cars thereby kidnapping them and driving to another location. Typical secondary destinations include anyplace with current drink specials but may even include a visit to the driver’s Mom’s house. Both the ambiguity and dangerous nature of future destinations are the true threat of brunch-napping.

Side effects include a seeping of cash from the wallet followed hours later by an acute headache. Remedies are few but include mutiny and/or taxi services.

I was so ready for a nap, to sleep off this hangover, when I got brunch-napped.
