When you got a mix of weed, rolling papers, and semi-burnt weed. A good way to recycle a ruined joint by simply tossing the filter and re-grinding the remaining weed and packing that shit into a bowl or bong
"You got the tree?"
"Yeah but the joint got wet, so I grinded it up into muffy, we just gonna smoke that
