The act of masturbating when you have trouble sleeping. Trying to get more tired by masturbating.
ex 1:

Person A: Hey, how did you sleep?

Person B: Bad, at least until I unsomnicame.

ex 2:

Person A: Hey, I can't sleep.

Person B: Why don't you try to insomnicum.

Insomnia Thoughts 

Thoughts one has while trying to get to sleep. Usually it keeps them up at night, whether it be because of stress, fear, endearment, or without an explanation.
"Dude, Rebecca has been giving me insomnia thoughts."
"Dude, me too."
"Like dude where's my sleep, you know."
"I know, dude. I know."
The insanity that follows after several nights of being unable to sleep. Usually involves some kind of out-of-body experience or hallucination.

Not being able to sleep because you love to masturbate.

insomnambulation

Also "insomnambulism"

The act of wandering around your house at night because you can't sleep.

A portmanteau of insomnia (habitual sleeplessness or the inability to sleep) and somnambulism/somnambulation (sleepwalking or performing other acts while asleep).
Jeff: Dude, were you wandering around the apartment last night? I swear I heard you walk past my door twenty times.
Gary: Sorry man, I couldn't sleep, so I was wandering around the apartment.
Jeff: Next time, can you try to confine you insomnambulation to one room?

insomnia 

Inability to shut off the brain.
Failure to tone down or turn off the noise in your head.

Sleeplessness that results from thoughts that are captured in a continuous segue, e.g., the wikipedia snowball effect.

Insomnia nights can make your brain physically hurt the next day.
