Fake is a word to describe people who aren't themselves in order to gain friends and end up being more popular. They seem very nice to everyone, yet trash-talks them behind their back in order to get attention from people and make "friends" just to improve their social-status.

Sallie: Oh my word, I was telling Chelsea who I liked last night because she said we were besties and that I could trust her, but in History Class two of her friends were laughing at me and pointing at my crush! She is so fake. Ugh.

RaeRae: Yeah! She just wants to be popular ! She posted a selfie of her and Annie, the cheerleader, captioned "love my bestie!" on her Insta but I heard they secretely hate eachother! Talk about fake!

Fake anime fan

Are;
People who watch anime just to get attention for how “different” they are.

Most likely bullied people for liking it when they were younger, but now since its popular they’ve “been a fan” or “been wanting to watch it”
absolutely LOVE My Hero Academia, Attack on Titan, Naruto, Dragon Ball, you know all the mainstream shounen that they’ve seen one episode of with someone else and said “ WhY Is It iN ChINeSe or WhateVeR”
anyway a fake anime fan is someone who hops on whatever bandwagon they can because they want to be involved.

Usually “say i loved it since i was little” but if its remotely true then they just WATCHED it WHEN then were little

Fake Depression

Fake Depression is usually common amongst quirky edgy teenagers, primarily girls, who post sad VHS edits of Bart Simpson, or anything related, on their Instagram/Snapchat stories with the caption "pls no one talk to me" or "pls someone just end me" or even "wow this is so me" for attention. While also hurting people who are actually Depressed by making them feel even more bad about themselves and having a harder time to cope with their mental disorder. Fake Depressed teens usually act like this because their parents didn't buy them that new Iphone or they immediately broke up with their new boyfriend/girlfriend after being together for a day, and they think their life is hard.

Jake: Everytime I'm with Emma she looks like she's sad, why does she always act like this? :(

Olivia: Naaah OMEGALUL, that dumbass bitch aint sad, she just has fake depression for attention and clout.
