A condition among Facebookers where one loses the ability to post status updates or comments to the posts of others.

Person 1: Hey man, are you okay? I haven't seen much from you on Facebook. I was starting to think you were dead.

Person 2: I'm fine. I just have a bad case of Faceblock. I can't even bring myself to login.

Faceboob

Sexy but fake (usually photoshopped) boob photos that are used by some women in Facebook to fool people. Some of these Faceboob pictures don't show the person's face.

Guy 1: Hey your hot friend that I saw in Facebook has got nice boobs.
Guy 2: Nah, it isn't that great IRL, those are just faceboobs.

Faceballs

The use of facebook to either 1)impress the opposite sex because in real life (face to face) the person would not have the guts, or balls, 2) using facebook as a forum to bash others when in real life (face to face) they would not have the guts or balls to do so.

Dave sure does have alot of female friends on his facebook, how come he never gets together with any? Dave has faceballs, he could never be as cool in person.

And
Does Dave have any idea who that guy is as he bashes his profile and pics? He would kick his ass if they met face to face. Oh yeah, he has faceballs. A real tough guy on Facebook.

Term used to denote re-posting another person's Facebook post. This is intended to generically include anything that can be re-shared (status updates, posted links, photos, etc.) Its origin is in Tweet/Re-Tweeting for Twitter.

First known usage: early 2009.

"That was a great post, I'm Re-Facebeeking here."

"Re-Facebeeked from Dave's really funny post"
