1. When a meeting go awry, and needs to be brought back to order, someone takes the lead and sets the meeting straight back to the agenda. The meeting proceeds and ends on time. By calling these shots, everyone is now being celested i.e.: back to order.

2. Clean, concise communication without any fluff.

- Sandra goes into circumvolution during a meeting off topic and on a tangent. Celeste says: I hate to do this but, we only have 5 minutes left... Sandra has now been celested....
