Coin Bagging

Similar to "Tea-Bagging". Refers to the act of individually placing ones testicles on another persons eye sockets.

Each testicle should sag into the respective eye sockets of the victim, resembling that of a coin bag resting on the ground. Usually done when the scrotum is most relaxed and saggy. Thus, hot summer days are optimal.
