Capless

1) A block of text written without the use of appropriate capitalization, with the implication being that the information was written by someone too young, too lazy, or too mentally inept to be taken seriously. 2) Information that is written by someone with an obviously inferior intellect, as evidenced by their lack of appropriate capitalization and or punctuation. 3) Information that is not to be taken seriously because the author has demonstrated a lack of willingness to follow simple rules for capitalization and or punctuation, which implies that the information being put forth is either based on an uninformed personal opinion, or is, at the least, inappropriately researched.
1) It is difficult to take capless comments on YouTube seriously.

2) That capless review can't be taken seriously.
