Crackhead Cackle

The sound you hear walking in a dark ally way with more then 25 cents. Rendering you completely incapable of understanding your surroundings for over half an hour.

I swear bro, last night I saw a homeless man, he ask for a quarter. After I pulled one, next thing I knew I was out. You never know when someone is gonna pull the old Crackhead Cackle.

Cackle neck

I person with loose skin around their neck. Often covered by a scarf to conceal the loose skin.

I'd like to take that girl home tonight but I think she has cackle neck. Hopefully she takes that scarf off soon.
