cart tard

A tard hired by a retailer to collect shopping carts. Derogatory term for same. Note: although this description is based on people with various developmental disabilities, it should be understood that they are generally working to the best of their abilities and are therefore blameless. This term is best applied to allegedly normal people who are severely underachieving.

I couldn't find anything carry my stuff because the cart tard was too busy picking his nose for a snack.

Cart Narc

1- An individual who actively pretends to shame someone for not returning a cart, but is actually only doing it as a publicity stunt for video content that is circulated on numerous social media sites for monetary gain.

2- An individual who will persistently chase down a victim multiple times to throw a magnet onto their vehicle to provoke a response for video content.

That Cart Narc guy is harassing that poor handicapped woman.

Primarily a term for a female Flight Attendant / Air Hostess. Can also be used to describe any service staff that dispenses food and beverage from a cart. Also known to answer to the name of Trolley Dolly.

The plane is landing soon....I need another beer, where's the Cart Tart!

to create a path between two inconsiderate shoppers in a grocery store aisle by emanating nonverbal cues of frustration or impatience. After the cart part, no words need be said as the offenders tend to realize their fault and are likely ashamed.

Ted: Wow, that old lady performed a cart part without having to come to a stop.

Frank: I'm sure she's had many years of practice to have such flawless execution with her cart parting.

Cart Bomb

To surreptitiously drop random products in a fellow shoppers cart at the supermarket. Only to be done if said shopper is obliviously leaving their cart unattended and blocking an aisle.

I just did a Triple Crown of a Cart Bomb! I dropped three feminine hygiene products in that guys' cart that was blocking three aisles!
