one-timer

A common term used in hockey in which a player passes it to another player, and the player receiving the pass shoots it in the net rather then stopping it. Used usually to lure a goalie to one end of the net, and then allowing a player with an open shot to score.

Former military or police who inflate their accomplishments and bring a giant ego to their next job, especially in training. After leaving the military, Tier-One Ass-Clowns put in the role of instructor of weapon and tactics usually endanger students with a toxic mix of their own ego and flawed training doctrine.

Ben: What did Ralph and Bert do in the military before they came to training?

Curtis: Well I know one was military police and I think other was in Special Forces but worked "at the rear with the gear" instead of forward deployed.

Ben: That explains the ego.

Tier one addict

a person who is a habitual heavy drug user but can financialy support themself , does not steal from friends and family , can have large amounts of drugs and not use it all or kill themself but still has a very large drug addiction problem. Many top Drug dealers are tier one addicts .

Rick is fucked up all week on coke but still pays his bills , is a man of his word and never stole a dime from anyone hes a real tier one addict ......
